The Expo will be held on August 24, 2024, from 7:00 am to 12:00 am at The Hidden Spot (7485 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23225). The wellness expo will consist of two events: Community Wellness Event starting at 7am (vendor/sponsor setup) until3pm. The Fashion Show/After-Party will start at 6pm (doors open). Unfortunately, we are not able to refund your fees if you cancel for any reason. However if the event is cancelled by Fit2give, we will refund all fees within 60-days.

What is the Community Wellness Event about?
The Fit2Give Community Wellness Event is a gathering focused on promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being within our community. It offers various activities, workshops, and resources aimed at enhancing overall wellness.
When and where will the event take place?
The event will take place on August 24, 2024 at the Hidden Spot located at 7485 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23224. There will be two events: Community Wellness from 8am (doors open to the public) to 3pm and an Fashion Show/After-Party from 6pm (doors open) until midnight.
Are there an entry fee for the event?
Yes, the daytime event will start at approximately 8am to 3pm. The entry fee will be $10.00 for all adults and $5.00 for children over the age of twelve (12). The Athleisure Fashion Show/Afterparty is from 6 pm until midnight. The entry fee is $25.00 and is open to adults 18 years of age and older. Dress to impress.
Who can attend the event?
The event is open to everyone in the community, regardless of age, background, or fitness level. We encourage individuals and families to join us in promoting wellness together.
What activities and workshops can I expect at the event?
The event will feature a variety of activities including fitness classes, nutrition seminars, mental health discussions, wellness booths, and more. A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the event date.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Please bring your own yoga mats in case a specific class requires it. Feel free to bring a positive attitude and an open mind!
Will there be food and refreshments available?
There will be food for sale at both events.
Is pre-registration required?
Yes, please purchase all tickets on Eventbrite as it gets closer to the time for the event.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, children are welcome to attend the event with adult supervision for the daytime community wellness portion of the event. We will have some activities specifically designed for children, as well as family-friendly wellness resources.
