OUR PROGRAMS + SERVICES
Accessible Fitness for Everyone
The Fit 2 Give program is simple and direct. We will take people who are interested in training and cannot afford it and connect them with a personal trainer who will guide them. Clients will not have to pay anything.
Our goal is to connect with churches to offer trainers to their sick & shut in. We will also market our program on social media and local free press. Trainers will be assigned to the client to provide 6 sessions that will educate and get them started. After the 6 sessions clients can get back on the list to receive another 6 sessions when their name comes back up.
Trainers are paid through the generous donations of the community and grant funding.
As with the Fitness Warriors Rick had trained over the years, the trainers are credentialed and insured. They understand that they will be working primarily with our seniors and individuals who are not very active and require special care.

WELLNESS LIFESTYLE SPECIFIC TRAINING
Lower your risks of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure by eating healthy and maintaining a routine of regular physical exercise.
Consultation and assessments will determine the type and level of training each client will receive. We are aware that seniors may require special attention and communication with their doctors. This is why we have a HIPA safe email account for our site. Also we are aware that social economic factors may influence aspects of clients training. Learn more by signing up our certified professionals will contact you personally with more information to fit your specific needs for free services.
FITNESS LEVEL TRAINING
From 2000 through 2018, US obesity increased from 30% to 42% (CDC, 2021). You can choose to lower your risk of disease and live a healthier life.
The goal is to access a base level for the client using fitness and mobility specific tools. Once a trainer can establish a baseline fitness level it is just a matter of time and adherence until the client can progress to new levels. Our goal is to never push clients or pull clients to levels they are not ready for. Our aim is to walk beside them as they take supported steps to new levels of fitness and better health outcomes.
